Duration: 6 Months

Do I need to pay for several months up front, or can I stick with monthly pricing?
You have flexibility. Many of my clients choose multi-month packages because they’re committed to creating sustainable lifestyle changes and want the structure and savings that come with longer plans. However, you can also select month-to-month coaching if you prefer. The important thing is choosing the path that supports your consistency, accountability, and results.
If I’m looking for more business-focused coaching, is that something you offer?
